This fall, Sacramento will present proposed safety and mobility enhancements for Fruitridge Road, Arden Way, and Auburn Boulevard, inviting public input through two community workshops.
The workshops are designed to gather resident feedback as part of the development of the Arden Way-Auburn Boulevard Mobility Plan and the Fruitridge Road Safety and Mobility Plan. Both plans aim to enhance safety and accessibility for users including pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and public transit riders. These roadways are recognized within Sacramento’s Vision Zero High Injury Network due to their higher rates of severe crashes.
Residents are encouraged to participate in the community workshops on the following dates: October 28 for Arden Way-Auburn Boulevard and November 12 for Fruitridge Road, along with pop-up events to be announced.
